Orkla India Ltd share price inched up 0.53% to Rs 575.8 after the company's net profit registered a growth of 19.43% to Rs 87.7 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 5.32% to Rs 659.1 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Food Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 38448.47 crore, tanking 18.46%. It has marginally improved by 1.07% over last one week and eased lower by 2.32% in last one month while the market capitalization of Orkla India Ltd has improved by 1.79% and 10.98% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Orkla India Ltd stood at Rs 117.44 crore in Q2 FY26, improving 10.73% year-on-year, and expanding by 20.16% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 95 crore, slipping 7.95% YoY and jumping 15.60% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 3.44% to Rs 558.99 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 288.08 crore, slightly declining by 4.47% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 64.72 crore, softening 0.57% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 4.78% to Rs 2509.14 crore, while net profit expanded by 11.73% to Rs 285.67 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 32772% to Rs 377.49 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 7.71% to Rs 382.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 261.18 crore in FY26, as against Rs 391.67 crore in FY25. Orkla India Ltd plunged by 19.29% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.20% during the same period.
